Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager (Chinese Restaurant)
Responsibilities:

• Degree / Diploma Holders in Hospitality Management / Business Management.
• At least 2 years progressive working experience in similar capacity.
• Possesses extensive knowledge of in Chinese Restaurant and its kitchen operations.
• Possesses superior customer service, conflict management skills and a team player with strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent skills in writing and speaking in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to converse in any Chinese dialects would be an added advantage.

Captain (Chinese Restaurant)

• Certificate in Hotel Management or minimum Form 5 qualification.
• Should be able to write, understand and communicate in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Have been in the same capacity in a similar organization for 1 – 2 years.
• Able and willing to work long hours (i.e. Shifts / Public Holidays).

Chief Steward

• At least a minimum SPM qualification.
• Good knowledge of the function of all Food & Beverage operation equipment.
• Pleasant, outgoing and mature with good appearance.
• Able to speak and understand in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
• Min 3 – 5 years experience in a similar capacity in.
• Able and willing to work long hours (i.e. Shifts / Public Holidays).

Waiter / Waitress

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Pleasant disposition.
• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able and willing to work long hours on shifts / Public Holidays.
